Cancellation Policy

At Easy AS Speech Therapy, we take the time to prepare personalised sessions for each child, and see only a limited number of families each day to ensure that we are able to offer the best quality care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to support another child and family, and helps to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be rescheduled as either a telehealth session or face to face session in the next 7 days. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost (including travel, if applicable) will apply.
