Choosing the right therapist for your child can feel overwhelming—there’s so much to consider, like how well they connect with your child (and with you!), their communication style, and even how they handle the practical admin side of things.
That’s why, at Easy AS, we offer a complimentary, no-strings-attached 15-minute phone call. It’s a chance to put a voice to the name, get a feel for our therapy approach, and see how we can support your child.
Still not sure? We also offer a relaxed 30–45 minute meet-and-greet session for you and your child to get to know me in person. Get in touch with us today!

If you or your child wake up feeling unwell on the day of your session, don’t worry! We will try to reschedule their session in the next 7 days so that they can continue to make gains with their goals.
We just ask that you please let us know at least an hour before your child’s appointment so we can avoid beginning our travel. If we’ve already started driving, a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost (including travel) will apply.
You can find the Easy AS cancellation policy here and attendance policy here

We do charge a small travel fee to the location of your choice. It’s based on the NDIS rate of $96.99 per hour, which we divide by 60 to work out the cost per minute. This fee simply covers the time spent travelling to and from your location.
Travel is capped at 30 minutes each way. The exact amount may vary slightly depending on how far your session is from the appointments scheduled around you.
Whenever possible, we try to group clients by area to keep travel costs as low as we can. In situations like this, we are able to offer a simple, reduced flat travel fee of just $10.

Absolutely! For some children, having multiple sessions each week can be incredibly helpful in boosting progress and building skills more quickly. These extra sessions give your child more opportunities to practise, gain confidence, and make meaningful improvements over time. Every child is different, so we can work together to tailor a plan that best suits your child’s needs and learning style.
-
Depending on your child’s individual needs and goals, you can choose from weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Weekly sessions are a great way to build momentum, practise skills consistently, and see progress faster, while fortnightly sessions still provide regular support at a comfortable pace.
We’ll help you find the schedule that works best for your child and your family.
